Bumblebees had a very exciting week last week. On Wednesday, the bubble man came to visit. We all had an amazing time, making and playing with bubbles.
We enjoyed mixing icing and decorating cakes. We enjoyed eating them even more ๐ง.
We also took part in many other activities such as learning how to roll the play dough, practising mark making with the chalks, looking at books and doing jigsaws.
Jeans for Genes Day is a fundraising day for Life-altering Genetic Conditions that affect around half a million children in the UK. On Jeans for Genes day, children and staff wore jeans or casual clothes instead of their usual school clothing and made a ยฃ1 voluntary contribution towards fundraising.
Bumblebees embraced the day and โcelebrated with their friendsโ by wearing jeans and participating in decorating a pair of jeans with lots of sticky glue and colourful materials.

Sadly we ended the week on a sombre note following news of the death of our beloved Queen Elizabeth II. We send our heartfelt condolences to her family and those who knew and loved her. A time for peace and reflection during this period of National Mourning.
