When we went to the supermarket this week we focussed on the foods in the supermarket that are healthy and foods that should be eaten in moderation as a treat. We named a lot of fruit of vegetables and decided these are very good for us. When we weren’t sure we looked at the label. On some of the labels there is a traffic light system for fat, salt and sugar. If these are red on the label then we can only have these once in a while. We then looked at the labels on similar products and decided which was the healthiest option.
