For our treat trolley on a Friday we have started having shop keepers to serve our customers and account managers to log how much money we have made. We have started to welcome our customers, tell them how much the owe and give change where needed. We then have an accounts manager to count the money and record it on the spreadsheet. It’s the highlight of our week!
