We all know and love the story of ‘Owl Babies’ and to start off our book week, we have been really lucky to welcome some real owls into school.
Some children were able to hold the owls on their arm with the protective glove and under the close supervision of their handler.
What a fantastic opportunity to see and ask questions about these magnificent birds up close.
We even got to see their friend ferret.
