This years at Oakwood we have celebrated Easter by taking part in our whole school ‘Easter Bonnet Competition’ and ’ Easter Egg Hunt’. Everyone created their own bonnets and crowns using a large range of crafting materials and then each class took part in their own ‘Easter Bonnet Parades’. All the teachers were so amazed at the wonderful creations that we all made that everyone at Oakwood were winners.
WELL DONE ALL FOR YOUR HARD WORK AND FANTASTIC CREATIVITY!
Also during this week we had a great time taking part in our ‘Easter Egg hunt’ around school, we followed the clues given to help find our hidden chocolate eggs and when we found them we got to eat them all up, they were very yummy! We even had a special visitor from the real Easter bunny who presented us with our ‘Easter Bonnet certificates’ and our own ‘Easter Egg treat’.
